For community college students interested in earning a four-year bachelor's degree from Penn State, articulation agreements between a number of Pennsylvania community colleges and the University's Commonwealth Campuses provide access to Penn State degrees.

The annual Mylar Giri Lecture in the Natural Sciences is free and open to the public.
Penn State Hazleton's spring 2018 commencement ceremony was held Friday, May 4, in the Dr. Thomas M. Caccese Gymnasium, with more than 100 students receiving their degrees.
Penn State Hazleton will offer a bachelor of science degree in project and supply chain management beginning in fall 2018, Chancellor Gary Lawler announced. The degree will be offered as part of a consortium with the Schuylkill, Scranton and Wilkes-Barre campuses. The first students will be accepted into the program for a fall 2018 start, and a full complement of upper-level classes will be offered beginning in fall 2019.
