Academic
Business Club (Phi Beta Lambda)
Open to students of all majors, FBLA-PBL is a nonprofit association comprised of over 250,000 students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. FBLA-PBL's National Awards Program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Through state-based competition at the spring State Leadership Conference, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners are then eligible to compete for honors at the National Leadership Conference each summer.
Criminal Justice Club
The Criminal Justice club is geared toward students with an interest in the field of criminal justice, although the club is open to all students, regardless of major. The club focuses on careers in criminal justice as well as discussions on trending topics related to the field.
Health Policy & Rehabilitation Club
This club is for students who are majoring in Health Policy and Administration or have a general interest in health care.
Information Sciences & Technology (IST) Club
The IST club is geared toward students with an interest in technology and information science. The club is open to all students, regardless of major, and provides both academic support and social events.
Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Club
This club is geared toward students who are interested in or are majoring in medical laboratory technology. The club aims to build connections among MLT students, discuss ways to promote the MLT career, participate in community events and other experiences outside of the classroom.

Hillel (Jewish Campus Life)
Penn State Hillel’s central office is at University Park. It's mission is to enrich the lives of the estimated 5,000 Jewish students at Penn State so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Penn State Hillel helps students find a balance between being distinctively Jewish and universally human by encouraging people to pursue tzedek (social justice), tikkun olam (repairing the world), and Jewish learning, and to support Israel and global Jewish peoplehood.
LatinX Heritage Club
The LatinX Heritage Club aids in the support, advocacy, and programming around LatinX students and cultures by hosting events each semester to celebrate LatinX heritage.
LGBTQIA+ Pride Alliance
The purpose of the Penn State Hazleton LGBTQIA+ Pride Alliance is designed to create a safe space for all individuals within the LGBTQA+ spectrum and their allies while simultaneously attempting to raise awareness, education, and inclusion.

Blue and White Society
The society is the student contingent of the Penn State Alumni Association. The mission of the Society is to enhance student life through a diversified experience and promote Penn State pride, community service and dedication to the University.
Campus Activities Board
Campus activities play a large role in student inclusion, belonging, and development through social and educational programming. Students looking to plan and promote campus wide activities work together in the Campus Activities Board with the aim of promoting campus involvement.
Lion Ambassadors (LAMBS)
The Lion Ambassadors are a chosen group of outstanding students who, as a club, promote Penn State and its interests and goals among current and future students, alumni, and friends.
Residence Hall Association
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is an organization designed to give a voice to the on-campus student population to promote new ideas and improved quality of life within the residence halls.
Student Government Association (SGA)
This association is the governing body on campus and sponsors various programs throughout the year to enhance campus life. The group meets on Thursdays during the semester from 12:20-1:10 p.m. to discuss upcoming events, campus news and campus resources.
THON
Hazleton's branch of the Penn State Dance Marathon Committee holds events and fundraisers to support families dealing with pediatric cancer. In 2023, the overall THON committee raised more than $15 million.
