Campus and Virtual Appointments
On-campus and virtual appointment are available on weekdays. During these one-on-one sessions, you'll meet with a transfer counselor to discuss transfer credits, the application process, financial aid and more. Please email us your unofficial transcript for evaluation prior to your visit. Our goal is to answer all of your questions and make the process of transferring a smooth one.

Eligibility
Students are eligible to transfer if they:
- Have earned a high school diploma or a GED
- Are in good academic standing at their previous college(s)
- Have attempted or will have attempted 18 or more semester hours of college course work at a regionally accredited college/university before enrolling at Penn State
Please note: Transfer status is based on credits earned after high school graduation.
Eligible students can transfer into one of Penn State Hazleton’s academic programs that can be completed on campus or one more than 275 majors that can be started at Penn State Hazleton and completed at University Park or another Penn State campus.
