Karen Beruck has been hired as a student advocacy specialist at Penn State Hazleton. She will provide administrative support to the academic affairs team and work with students and parents to assist with their academic and educational needs.
Penn State Hazleton is offering a new program in Clinical Medical Assisting (CMA), which combines classroom and clinical instruction to provide students with the necessary education and skills to work in numerous healthcare settings.
Penn State Hazleton has appointed five new faculty members who will begin teaching in the fall semester. Sabrina Krupko has been hired as an admission counselor at Penn State Hazleton, Chancellor Gary Lawler announced. In her role, she will recruit students to Penn State Hazleton by participating in special visitation and recruitment programs for the campus.
