Penn State Hazleton students are invited to a special dinner to learn more about business etiquette in formal and informal settings. The etiquette dinner will be held at 4:30 p.m. March 20 in the Slusser/Bayzick Black Box Theater.
The Greater Hazleton Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association will host photos with the Easter Bunny and Nittany Lion from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on March 20.
Penn State Hazleton students work with local residents during “Penn State in Motion,” which professors Garrett Huck and Lorie Kramer will discuss during the National Council on Rehabilitation Education spring conference in Anaheim, California.
Andrew Belser, the Penn State laureate for the 2017-18 academic year, will visit Penn State Hazleton from March 14 to 16. His visit will include a display of his “FaceAge” project that is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be set up in the lobby of the Evelyn Graham Academic Building.
Penn State Hazleton will hold information sessions for its practical nursing program from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday, March 5, and from 3 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4.
Students who earn an associate degree from Luzerne County Community College can directly transfer into bachelor’s programs at five eastern Penn State campuses, leaders of the institutions announced Feb. 27 at Penn State Hazleton.
