Penn State Hazleton’s Student Services and Engagement team is continuing to forge personal connections with students while operating under the restrictions in the virtual environment created by the COVID-19 crisis.
Student government presented a proposal to replace Styrofoam dishes with glass and porcelain cups and bowls at Penn State Hazleton for the CCSG Sustainability Summit, held on March 21.
In response to the growing coronavirus pandemic, orders from the state government and recommendations from global public health organizations, Penn State will hold its spring 2020 commencement ceremony via livestream on May 9. The virtual ceremony will recognize all Penn State undergraduate students and all graduate students in the Penn State Graduate School.
Penn State Hazleton is giving students an outlet to showcase their skills during the COVID-19 crisis by taking its annual Undergraduate Research Fair virtual.
