Penn State Hazleton Choir to hold spring concert April 26

HAZLETON, Pa. — The Penn State Hazleton Choir, under the direction of Michele Millington, will perform its spring concert at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, in the lobby of the Evelyn Graham Academic Building.

In addition to the Penn State Alma Mater, the choir will perform songs including “The Water is Wide,” “Old American Songs (Choral Suite) / The Boatmen’s Dance and Simple Gifts,” “Mansions in the Sky,” “Reaching for the Stars,” “Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child,” and “Like an Eagle.”

Songs will be performed by the entire group and by soloists or duets. 

Choir members include Bradley Bartusik, Spenser Bevins, Madison Carr, Janaiya Cupid, Katherine Ferrer, Jordy Gonzalez, Ashley Paranich, Stephany Pizarro-Rosario, Thomas Rivera, and Brandon Yocum.
