Penn State Hazleton Associate Teaching Professor of Information Sciences and Technology Barbara Brazon has been recognized with the College of Information Sciences and Technology Faculty Member of the Year Award.
Memories of food and housing struggles as a college student provided the motivation for Patrick Kinney and his wife, Patricia, to make a financial commitment to The Lion’s Pantry, an on-campus food pantry that provides groceries to students, free of charge, and the University’s Student Care & Advocacy Student Emergency Fund, a fund that helps students facing unexpected hardships as they work to complete their college degree.

The Nittany Lion Shrine basks in the early morning sunlight on a crisp, autumn day. The shrine, cut from a 13-ton block of limestone by Heinz Warneke and Joseph Garatti, was dedicated in October of 1942 and celebrated it's 77th birthday Oct. 24.
