Nittany Lion Careers
Nittany Lion Careers is the University’s single-system recruiting platform for all students, alumni and employers.
Nittany Lion Careers enables students to:
- View employer profiles and apply for internships and jobs
- Learn about career fairs
- Connect with Penn State alumni through LionLink (professional online networking program)
- Participate in On-Campus Interviewing (OCI). OCI is open to all Penn State students, but is only conducted through NLC at three campuses: Penn State Harrisburg (PSH), Penn State University Park (no designation), and Penn State Behrend (PSErie). Interviewing opportunities are designated with an ‘OCI’ and campus location in the position title.

Career Fairs and Events
Penn State holds two large career fairs at the Bryce Jordan Center on the University Park campus each fall and spring semester. Alumni Career Services
Graduates of Penn State Hazleton may meet one time with a Penn State Hazleton career counselor for basic job searching or career change advice. After that, graduates may seek assistance from Alumni Career Services housed at University Park. Alumni Career Services offers a robust array of resources tailored specifically to alumni, as well as networking and mentoring opportunities for Penn State graduates. Phone and in-person appointments are available.
Penn State Alumni Association LinkedIn Group: This group provides an opportunity for graduates and students of Penn State to connect and stay in touch with each other.
