The Greater Hazleton Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association will host its annual golf tournament at Sand Springs Country Club, Drums, on Friday, May 19, 2017.
Proceeds from the event benefit the chapter's academic award for Penn State Hazleton students.
Information: The tournament will be held rain or shine.
Eligibility: Open to all amateur golfers.
Format: 4-person scramble. Captain and crew format, with four golfers per team. If you do not have a team, we will be happy to place you on a team.
Prizes: Hole-in-one prizes to be awarded for longest drive, closest to the pin, and circle of gold.
Registration deadline: May 12, 2017. Early registration is recommended as space is limited!
Entry fee: Payment must accompany completed form to guarantee your reservation.
Team captain will receive confirmation of registration.
$65 - Chapter members
$70 - Nonmembers.
Fee includes: Green fee, cart rental, hot dog and beverage lunch, and buffet dinner after tournament.

You can also donate prizes which will be awarded during the event to the flight winners and through raffle drawings. Your prize donation can highlight your business and help the chapter raise additional funds for Penn State Hazleton students.
