The Innov8 48 Challenge, beginning Friday, Nov. 5, is a weekend collegiate competition focused on innovation, entrepreneurship education and the task of creating a sustainable business idea over the course of 48 hours or less.
Campus alumni Kevin Hinkle, lecturer in engineering mechanics, and Zena-Marie Lewoc, lecturer in economics, joined the Penn State Hazleton faculty for the 2020-21 academic year.
Beatriz García Glick, associate teaching professor of Spanish at Penn State Hazleton, recently contributed to a push for open educational resources through a digital textbook she published called "Intermediate Spanish." The text was used in Glick's Spanish III course during the fall 2021 semester.
