Barbara Brazon, associate professor of information sciences and technology, was recently recognized with the College of Information Science and Technology Faculty Member of the Year Award. She celebrated her 25th year with Penn State earlier this year.

The Nittany Lion Shrine basks in the early morning sunlight on a crisp, autumn day. The shrine, cut from a 13-ton block of limestone by Heinz Warneke and Joseph Garatti, was dedicated in October of 1942 and celebrated it's 77th birthday Oct. 24.
Staff and maintenance crew claim to hear weird noises late at night in Schiavo Hall on the Penn State Hazleton campus. The building served as a mansion to one of the area's most prosperous families.
