Student Peer Review Activities: Four Different Approaches

Student peer review assignments can increase engagement and encourage critical thinking, social learning, and the mastery of skills. In this session, you will hear from four faculty members from various disciplines who are each using peer review in a different way to assess student learning and promote mentorship and engagement. This session will provide general ideas for how instructors might incorporate peer review assignments and will also highlight the benefits and challenges of a grant-funded peer review tool, Kritik, along with the Canvas Peer Review tool.
