The Information Technology Service's staff is available to help faculty, staff and students Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please contact the service desk by submitting a Request Form or calling 3456 on campus or 570-450-3456 off campus.

- For faculty, all technology is requested through the IT Department.

- All technology requests for staff are discussed between the director of information technology and the individual supervisor, or between the director of information technology and the chancellor.
Outside Groups or Organizations
- We also provide limited services to outside groups and organizations. These requests need to be brought to the attention of the ITS Department as early as possible.
