IT Service Requests
Faculty, staff, and students are asked to direct all computer and technology-related problems, questions, and requests to the Service Desk by visiting the Penn State Service Portal.
- If something is broken or a service is down click the red Get Help icon.
- If you need to request new software, equipment, or a service search for "Hazleton" in the search bar and click on the appropriate form.
All other inquiries can be directed to the Hazleton IT Help Desk by calling 570-450-3456.
