Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Service's staff is available to help faculty, staff and students Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please contact the Hazleton IT Service Desk by submitting a Request Form or calling 3456 on campus or 570-450-3456 off campus.

Student-Related Services

  • Labs (Public, Instructional and Major Specific)
  • Accounts (Access Account)
  • Technology resources (eLion, ANGEL, wireless network and more)
  • Sign-out equipment (digital camera and more)
  • Residence hall support (including on move-in day)

Faculty-Related Services

  • Issue Information technology equipment
  • Access Account
  • Initiate and support information technology resources
  • Sign-out equipment (laptop, digital camera, projector and more)
  • For faculty, all technology is requested through the IT Department.

Staff-Related Services

  • Issue information technology equipment
  • Access Account
  • Initiate and support information technology resources
  • Sign-out equipment (laptop, digital cameras, projector and more)

  • All technology requests for staff are discussed between the director of information technology and the individual supervisor, or between the director of information technology and the chancellor.

Outside Groups or Organizations

  • We also provide limited services to outside groups and organizations. These requests need to be brought to the attention of the ITS Department as early as possible.
