The Federal Work-Study Program is awarded to students as part of their financial aid package. This program allows students to obtain a part-time job on campus and earn a biweekly paycheck for time worked. The current pay rate for Federal Work-Study students is $9.50 per hour. Students are able to earn up to the amount of their award. In order for students to be considered for the Federal Work-Study Program, the student must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and answer yes to the work study question.
Federal Work-Study job listings are available on eLion by selecting Work-Study Job Search from the student menu options.
Important: If you are not hired by the end of the second week of fall semester, your fall/spring award will be cancelled.
