Penn State Hazleton is located in northeastern Pennsylvania, near the crossroads of Interstates 80 and 81, on the outskirts of Hazleton. Greater Hazleton is a continually expanding area and home to about 40,000 residents living in urban and suburban settings.

Bus Service
Hazleton Public Transit (HPT), a service of the City of Hazleton's Department of Public Services, operates nine routes in the City of Hazleton and surrounding townships and boroughs Monday through Friday, with limited service on Saturdays and Sundays.
