The Federal Work Study Program is awarded to students as part of their financial aid package. This program allows students to obtain a part time job on campus and earn a biweekly paycheck for time worked. The current pay rate for Federal Work Study students is $8.50 per hour. Students are able to earn up to the amount of their award. In order for students to be considered for the Federal Work Study Program, the student must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and answer yes to the work study question.
Federal Work-Study job listings are available on eLion by selecting Work-Study Job Search from the student menu options.
Important: If you are not hired by the end of the second week of fall semester, your fall/spring award will be cancelled.
