Penn State's Third Annual Regional Undergraduate Research Symposium communicates and celebrates the participation of undergraduate students from the eastern regional Penn State campuses in their scholarly research endeavors. Undergraduate students who have been selected to represent their local campus will present posters or other exhibits to showcase their work to a general audience. Please note that PowerPoint-style presentations are not allowed as a substitute; however, a laptop or tablet may be used as a supplement to the poster or exhibit.
The symposium is scheduled for 9:30 a. m. to 3:30 p. m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Penn State Hazleton and is open to the public. Posters or other exhibits may be entered in the arts and humanities (including behavioral sciences, business studies and economics) and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). The top three entries in each category will be acknowledged.
Schedule of Events
Registration will be completed via online form or e-mail. For those students participating, the registration will require a title and abstract of the poster or exhibit. The registration and abstract submission deadline is April 10, 2013.
